How Long Before my Item Ships? TOP
If the item you have purchased does not require custom sizing then your item will ship in 2-3 business days.
What if I ordered the Wrong Size? TOP
There are no refunds given on any of our products since they are customized and one of a kind. The measurements that you provide are the measurements that are suded for the clothing and jewelry. Please make sure that what you are providing is accurate before contacting us for sizing.
If your bracelet is the wrong size due to our error we will fix it for free. If you do not provide a bracelet size at checkout in the note section, the item that you purchased will be sent out as is in the size it was originally created.
If the bracelet sizing is due to an error on our part after your specific measurements have been given we will repair at no charge. If it is not our error a $10.00 resizing fee will need to be paid in full before the sizing is complete. This charge does include the shipping.
We will send out a return mailer to you for your product to be sent back to us. Once the product has been repaired or rezised we will then send it back to you.
What if my item is Damaged, Lost or Stolen. TOP
We make sure that all items are mailed in a bubble mailer and packaged securely before they leave our smoke free facility. All sales are final. We encourage our customers to purchase the shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items once they have left our location.

Let us know about your ideas, colors, designs and what type of product you would like used to create your one of a kind creation.
Once your ideas have been discussed and payment received we will then start on your custom order. We ask that you allow 7-14 days for completion of your jewelry order.
If you need the item completed sooner please write it in your request or contact us directly so that we can work together on a time frame.
Your items may be done sooner but we request that this time frame be kept in consideration for other custom orders that have been placed as well.
Please it is important to remember when ordering during the holidays that you place your order ahead of time to beat the holiday rush and cut-off time.
What forms of Payment are Accepted? TOP
At this time we accept payment through PAYPAL. It is fast, secure and easy to sign up for and use. It is absolutely free to sign up.
What forms of Shipping are used? TOP
We ship all items via USPS First Class Mail.
If for some reason you would like to ship Priority or Express mail via USPS. We are more than happy to provide you with this delivery service for the accurate charges on current rates.
Is there a Guarantee? TOP
We completely guarantee our items. It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you have a concern with your item upon arrival you have 5 days to contact us to discuss your concerns.
Do you combine shipping? TOP
Yes, we combine shipping on all of our items.

Each item is handmade and handcrafted with love, time and care along with special attention to detail.
Any of the following may be used to create your unique design..
Professional beading wire, handmade polymer clay beads, sterling silver, silver plated, Swarovski crystals, Czech, Swarovski pearls, fresh water pearls, grade A glass cats eye beads, handmade lampwork beads in clay or glass, lucite, acrylic, bali silver and more.
Are there Precauctions with my Jewelry? TOP
Although these beads are made with extra precautions such as Liquid Sculpey to help bond any protruding pieces they are very fragile. It is recommened tht they be worn for decorative purposes only and it is much safer for the child and the piece to be taken off during play or upon entering the water.
Each decorative jewelry item needs to be worn with caution to ensure they will not be harmed or broken.
No design is indestructible so please pay attention to the children that are wearing them.
It is not recommened that children under the age of 4 wear or be left unsupervised with the jewelry.

How do I Store my Sterling Silver Creations? TOP
Store your designs in a cool dry location. Keep designs out of light which tarnish the design. Store in a tarnish resistant bag or wrap in soft cloth. To remove tarnishing use a polishing cloth. Do not store all items together to avoid damage and scratching.
What size do I Order? TOP
We have creating a sizing chart that you can find HERE
Although a sizing chart has been provided. The best way to receive an accurate fit is to meaure the wrist or neck and add 1/2 inch for comfort and growth.
